Fees, GST and invoices

Where we supply paid services in Australia, tax invoices will state whether amounts include GST as required by A New Tax System (Goods and Services Tax) Act 1999 (Cth) and associated rules.

Limitation of liability (to the extent permitted)

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited (at our election) to resupplying the relevant service or paying the cost of resupply.

Governing law and courts

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. You submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland and the Commonwealth of Australia.
