Returns, refunds and credits

Muscleeaspark supplies facilitated sessions, licensed written materials and related digital bundles about desk comfort. This policy works together with the Consumer rights page and the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) (Australian Consumer Law).

Consumer guarantees

Our services and any goods supplied with them come with non-excludable consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law. If there is a major failure, you may choose a refund or cancellation. If the failure is not major, we may choose to repair or re-perform the service within a reasonable time; if we do not, you may be entitled to a price reduction or refund for the affected portion.

Facilitated services and cancellations

If you cancel a booked workshop more than ten business days before the scheduled start in Queensland, you may receive a full refund of prepaid fees or transfer the payment to a new date without penalty. Cancellations between ten and three business days before the start may receive a fifty per cent credit toward a future booking. Cancellations within three business days are generally non-refundable because staff and materials are already allocated, unless we agree otherwise in writing or the Australian Consumer Law requires a remedy.

Partial performance and force majeure

If we cannot complete a multi-session programme due to events beyond reasonable control, we will offer a pro-rata refund for undelivered sessions or, at your election, a credit note valid for twelve months, consistent with your statutory rights.

Digital downloads

Where Australian Consumer Law applies to digital content, you have the remedies set out in that law. For change-of-mind requests within seven days where files have not been accessed, we may issue a refund minus any non-refundable payment processing fees charged by third parties.

Physical printed add-ons

Defective printed items may be returned within fourteen days of delivery for replacement at our expense. Items damaged after delivery through ordinary workplace use are not returnable.

How to request a remedy

Email cooperation@muscleeaspark.world with your invoice number, purchase date and a short description of the issue. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method where practicable, within ten business days of approval, subject to banking settlement times.
